Muhammad Ibn Ali As-Saduq writes: “We refrained from calling the Qur’an “fabrished” (Makhluq) only because “fabrished” can linguistically be something that is a lie and one says “a fabrished word” by which one means “lies”. [At-Tawhid, p. 225]
