A’ishah murders prophet Muhammad

Muhammad Baqir Al-Majlisi writes: “Al-Ayyashi narrated with an authentic chain to Ja’far As-Sadiq (a.) that A’ishah and Hafsah administered poison to the Prophet (s.) and made him a martyr.” [Hayat-ul-Qulub, page 1191]

قال الشيخ محمد باقر المجلسي: وعیاشی به سند معتبر از حضرت صادق علیه السلام روایت کرده است که عایشه وحفصه آن حضرت را به زهر شهید کردند

Abd-us-Samad Ibn Bashir reported that Imam As-Sadiq (a.) said: “Do you know whether the Prophet (s.) died or was murdered? God says: “If he dies or is killed, will you turn on your heels?” (3:144) He was poisoned before he died. The two (A’ishah and Hafsah) gave him poison before his death.” We said: “These two and their fathers (Abu Bakr and Umar) are the worst that have been created by God.” [Tafsir-ul-Ayyashi, Volume 2, Page 224]

عن عبد الصمد بن بشير عن أبي عبد الله عليه السلام قال: تدرون مات النبي أو قتل إن الله يقول أفإن مات أو قتل انقلبتم على أعقابكم فسم قبل الموت أنهما (عائشة وحفصة) سقتاه قبل الموت فقلنا إنمهما وأبوهما (أبو بكر وعمر) شر من خلق الله

البرقي عن غير واحد عن عبد الصمد بن بشير عن أبي عبد الله عليه السلام أنه قال: أتدرون مات النبي صلى الله عليه وآله أم قتل؟ إن الله يقول: أفإن مات أو قتل فنسخ الموتَ القتلُ إنهما (عائشة وحفصة) سمتاه فقتلتاه وأبوهما (أبو بكر وعمر) شر من خلق الله

The evildoer and murderess disguised her crime as a cure.

Yahya Ibn Sa’id reported that A’ishah said: “We administered a medicine to the Messenger (s.) during his illness, but he gave us the instruction: “Do not administer it to me.” We said: “The sick man shied away from the medicine.” When he recovered, he said: “Have I not forbidden you to administer it to me?” We said: “The sick man is afraid of the medicine.” He said: “No one stays in the house except to be administered it while I watch, except Abbas, for he was not with you.” [Sahih-ul-Bukhari, Hadith 4189]

حدثنا علي حدثنا يحيى وزاد قالت عائشة لددناه في مرضه فجعل يشير إلينا أن لا تلدوني فقلنا كراهية المريض للدواء فلما أفاق قال ألم أنهكم أن تلدوني قلنا كراهية المريض للدواء فقال لا يبقى أحد في البيت إلا لد وأنا أنظر إلا العباس فإنه لم يشهدكم

Dawud Ibn Yazid Al-Adawi reported that he heard Ash-Sha’bi say: “By God, the Messenger (s. ) was given poison, Abu Bakr was given poison, Umar Ibnu l-Khattab was killed in patience, Uthman Ibn Affan was killed in patience, Ali Ibn Abi Talib was killed in patience, Al-Hasan Ibn Ali was given poison, Al-Husain Ibn Ali was killed in patience, so what do we have to expect after them?” [Al-Mustadrak of Al-Hakim, Hadith 4395]

فحدثنا أبو بكر أحمد بن محمد المروزي غير مرة ثنا عبد الصمد بن الفضل البلخي ثنا مكي بن إبراهيم ثنا داود بن يزيد الأودي قال سمعت الشعبي يقول : والله لقد سم رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم و سم أبو بكر الصديق و قتل عمر بن الخطاب صبرا و قتل عثمان بن عفان صبرا و قتل علي بن أبي طالب صبرا و سم الحسن بن علي و قتل الحسين بن علي صبرا رضي الله عنهم فما نرجو بعدهم

Abu Ahwas reported that Abdullah Ibn Mas’ud said: “I would rather swear nine times by God that the Messenger of God (s.) fell victim to murder than swear only once that he was not murdered and it is so that God made him a prophet and took him to Himself as a martyr.” Al-Hakim An-Naisaburi writes: “According to the two scholars (Al-Bukhari and Muslim), this tradition is authentic (Sahih), but they have not published it.” Muhammad Ibn Ahmad Adh-Dhahabi writes: “This tradition meets the condition of Al-Bukhari and Muslim.” [Al-Mustadrak of Al-Hakim, Hadith 4394]

حدثنا أبو العباس محمد بن يعقوب ثنا أحمد بن عبد الجبار ثنا أبو معاوية عن الأعمش عن عبد الله بن مرة عن أبي الأحوص عن عبد الله رضي الله عنه قال : لأن أحلف تسعا أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم قتل قتلا أحب إلي من أن أحلف واحدة إنه لم يقتل و ذلك أن الله عز و جل اتخذه نبيا و اتخذه شهيدا هذا حديث صحيح على شرط الشيخين و لم يخرجاه تعليق الذهبي قي التلخيص: على شرط البخاري ومسلم
